Constitutive session of the supervisory board

In accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act (ZGD-1) and the Articles of Association of GEN-I, d.o.o. of 19 June 2024, which govern the formation of the supervisory board as one of the company’s bodies, a constitutive session of the GEN-I, d.o.o. supervisory board was held on 18 September 2024.

The GEN-I, d.o.o. supervisory board comprises, for a four-year term of office, the following members: Dr Dejan Paravan (chair), members Mateja Fridl Stojanović (also deputy chair), Ivana Nedižavec Korada and Mitja Učakar, who were appointed at the proposal of shareholders, and employee representatives Adrijana Germovšek and Matej Mavsar
